Mission Statement

The World Service Conference Planning Committee’s mission is to serve the UA fellowship by creating the space where we gather annually to build and achieve the group conscience which, as the expression of our higher power, is the sole authority for our fellowship.  We do this by soliciting the voice of the fellowship through the Topics of Concern Survey; making preparations for the gathering; and serving as hosts for the World Service Conference.

We have lots of opportunities for service on the Planning Committee starting now.

Fellowship Outreach

Our focus for May and June of 2026 will be reaching out to meetings that do not have General Service Representatives and encouraging the meetings to elect a GSR so their group can more fully participate.  The Topics for Consideration Survey is the conduit from the fellowship to the World Service Conference.

Tech

• The Committee works with Google Drive and Google Forms, Sheets and Website.  We need people who have skills with those things

• We use Zoom techs at the conference and need someone to train and organize people for the conference.
